Nahalat Shalom - Courtyard
Breathe and celebrate trees with a Qi Gong Circle in our lovely courtyard. Everyone in the circle has a chance to lead a Qigong, or share a poem, meditation, song, etc about trees. There will be a shade structure. Bring water, sun hats, and tree fruits or nuts to share as you may like. What is Qigong? Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle meditative movements with breath and intention to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
